Nobody else would have went to the trouble Jack did to work with us on this LVP install project. 2,000 sq ft of uneven subfloor and crooked walls, but Jack never tried to find reasons to charge more, and he always went the extra mile to make things work. He is good for his word. If he says he’ll do something, he means it, and he really cares about meeting the customer halfway.

Jack did an awesome job replacing our flooring in the entire house. He gave us a good suggestions on choosing a right materials for our floor and a staircase as well. He went about and beyond to finish the project in time. Jack was very professional, easy to communicate, and relatable. Advanced Flooring Installations installed luxury vinyl throughout our entire house in September of 2025. The owner’s name is Jack. He came out to our home and inspected our floors, gave us advice on the different types of product and gave us a quote. The estimate was not the cheapest but it was also not the highest. The estimate was actually in the middle. Based upon Google reviews and interacting with him, we decided to go with Advanced Flooring Installations. Jack even offered to meet us at Floor and Decor to answer any questions regarding the different types of product. He installed about 2k sqft of new flooring, new baseboards, a few transition pieces and removed the old laminate flooring and baseboards. He also provided a dumpster, cleaned up at the end of each day and made sure that we could still function in our home while the flooring was being installed. There were a few things that we wanted changed during the process and Jack had no problem doing what we asked. He is very skilled and everything looks and feels great. We are very confident that we are going to be more than happy with our new flooring for years to come. Thanks Jack!
